Lisa Bricknell

Customer Services Team Leader

Lisa joined the Westhaven team in Oct 2019 and recently stepped up to the Team Leader role looking after accounts, bookings and berth transfers. She brings with her a wealth of customer service experience across a number of different sectors

Jayson Maud

Logistics Team Leader

Jayson knows the marina better than just about anybody. He has worked at Westhaven since 2014, first as a Dockmaster, and later with the maintenance team. He has a particular interest in health and safety, and is active in all aspects of emergencies procedures, boat handling, and spill control. He commenced his role as Logistics Team Leader in September 2017.

Sabine Seabrook

Marina Services & Implementation Manager

Sabine Seabrook has worked at Westhaven since October 2006. She is Westhaven's problem solver, and looks after the Marina Management Software, recruitment and training of staff, and numerous special projects. Outside office hours she enjoys cruising and racing on J120s.

Gareth Wilson

Maintenance Manager

Gareth Wilson comes from an Auckland boat building family and is the son of Bob Wilson of Brin Wilson Boats. He kick-started his superyacht career as a crew member on a Viaduct Marina-based vessel in 1999. After living in Spain for several years, Gareth retuned to New Zealand to work in the Bayswater Marina’s Operations Team where he worked his way up to Marina Manager. Gareth is one of New Zealand’s few Certified Marina Managers and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise.



David Marginet

Parking Property & Systems Manager

David joined the team in 2017 working as a Dockmaster then Maintenance Coordinator. He recently accepted the challenge to look after the CCTV, Access Control and Parking across the Auckland Waterfront. David has a long maritime history, including superyacht captain in Spain, and is passionate about RC yachts.

Karenza Harris

Marina Manager

Karenza has a history with the industry beginning in 1990 when she joined the Royal NZ Navy and served for 6 years. The relationship with boats then continued as part of Vessel Management Services for 8 years. Following Kevin's promotion to "Head of Marinas" for Panuku, Karenza fulfills the role of Westhaven Marina Manager.,

General Manager Marinas

General Manager Marinas

Previously the Marina Manager of Westhaven. Kevin now looks after all Panuku operated marinas including Westhaven, Viaduct and Silo. Kevin has a long history in the marine industry including a two-year stint as General Manager of Polaris Marine in Sydney. His wealth of knowledge will help drive major refurbishment works and facility improvements.
